Can You Advise About Re-Potting And Balancing Weight of Leaves?

Our orchid grew 15 flowers last year and 13 the year before.

But the leaves grow sideways out of the pot and keeping the pot upright is now impossible.

How do we re-pot the plant so that a larger pot will stand up? Can we put the plant in sideways so that the leaves will be upright?

It is flowering now so once the flowers are done we would like to put it in a larger pot.
