How Do I Revive My Dying Vanda?

I have this very mature Vanda and all of a sudden started looking dehydrated, so I sprayed it with glucose solution and some rooting spray, fungicide, miticide over a period of two months with no improvement. Later found out that the roots were not viable so I trimmed them, by then the leaves had started yellowing and dropping off.

It had two offshoots on it which both withered,rotted and fell off. Now I'm left with a long trunk and 3 leaves and no roots! How can I jump start it so I either get it to roots or bring a shoot?
