I recently was given a white Moth Orchid. It seems to be two siblings. The plant is rather large and currently in bloom. Unfortunately one of the plants lost all of it's leaves from rot, assuming it would die, I left the spike since the flowers have been fine. As of recently the flowers have drooped, and it has a musty odor coming from where the leaves were. The spike is now dying. Should I attempt to carefully remove this plant from the pot? And untangle it's dead roots from the healthy plant? I have no idea what to do, please help!
