The answers is "Yes", it should. You need to learn what Phalaenopsis orchids require to thrive and rebloom in terms of light, temperature, growing media and humidity. And then determine if you can provide those conditions in your growing situation. If you can, then it should bloom again.
The fact that the blooms lasted several months tells me that you are doing many things right already.
